O desafio aumenta quando temos de trabalhar sobre projetos que utilizam linguagens diferentes e quando somos desafiadas a fazê-lo dando uso à criatividade e ao Keep it Simple.

"A few months ago I had the opportunity to "meet" and certify myself in TIPA® for ITIL® - a structured and reliable framework for the assessment of IT Processes - and I confess that I was extremely well impressed by its reliable features regarding its use in Process Assessments.
One of the things that challenges me is to get to know, introduce new tools and some innovation to the ITSM world so I challenged Manuela Ferrer, a Social Media Manager, to produce this short video and I think it’s a great one.
